REBUILT NASH 904T1 WITH 2 YEAR WARRANTY

Description

REBUILT NASH 904T1 VACUUM PUMP

Body: Repair weld all washed areas and pre-machine to accept stainless steel liner. The sweep

areas to be 1⁄4” thickness to the side. The center shroud will be machined and cladded around

utilizing 1⁄4” and 3/8” thickness material. The sweep areas and the center shroud will be fastened

by plug welds (approximately 30). The sweep areas will also be welded at the gasket surfaces.

The body will be pre-drilled on both (2) ends in the approximate center of the sweep, 120

degrees apart and tapped 1⁄4” NPT. After the body liner is installed and the center shroud clad,

fiberglass will be injected to ensure no resonance is created while the pump is operating. The

body will be finish machined to print specification.

Cones: Machine a cut of approximately .250 to the side from both cones. Roll from 1⁄4” thick stainless

steel (SS), sleeves that would be installed on the machined cones.

Anchor this cladding to the cones with a series of plug welds and we would also weld

with stainless steel rod. Weld the stainless cladding to the cones with a special

nickel rod. The opening around the inlet and discharge porting would be completely welded and

ground. The cladding would also be welded at the tip of the cones and at the inner most area of

the cone tapers. The installed cladding would be machined to print specifications.

Heads: Undercut the sweep areas of both heads from the gasket surfaces, from the bolt

circle to the cones rabbet fir area, to accommodate the installation of stainless-steel cladding. The

installed cladding will be welded utilizing a special 99% nickel rod/wire and overlaid with

stainless rod/wire. The install cladding will be finish machined to print specifications.

Rotor: Machine a cut from the shrouds of the rotor. Fabricate stainless

wear rings for the shrouds. The outer edges on the I.D. of the stainless rings would be chamfered.

Weld the wear rings at the outer face of the rotor shrouds and inner face of the

rotor shroud, filling the chamfered ring with a nickel rod. The installed ring would then be

machined to print specifications. Weld the wear on the rotor buckets at the outer

shrouds and center shroud with a special nickel rod. A machine cut would be taken from the

taper bores of the rotor of the proper dimension as to allow the installation of the stainless-steel

cones.

The following shop supplies will be installed:

Bearings Clipper Seals

Gaskets Packing

O-ring’s Misc. Small Parts

Warranty: The pump repaired as stated above will be guaranteed to be 95% of new pump in

capacity and will carry a two (2) year parts and workmanship warranty from the date of

installation.
