BLACK CLAWSON PULPER DRIVE SIZE 2 GEARBOX 3:53:1-REBUILT

104249 One (1) used rebuilt Black Clawson size 2 Hydrapulper gearbox with 3.53:1 gear ratio with 1 year warranty. Drive will be dismantled, steam cleaned and sand blasted, the interior of the main housing will be painted with oil resistant paint, all critical fit dimensions will be inspected and recorded, all bearing housings will be restored to original dimensions as required and the gear hub will be skimmed if required to eliminate run out, and the top housing pilot fit to the pulper tub will be restored as required. New vertical ring gear and horizontal pinion shafts will be installed, and new Klingelnberg "hard cut" hypoid bevel gears would be installed. In addition new shims, gaskets, seals and fasteners will be installed along with new Inpro mechanical seal for the top vertical shaft housing, and a new internal lubrication system will be installed. Finally the drive will be assembled with the gears set to the correct backlash and gear tooth mesh pattern. It will be spin tested and the lubrication checked for proper flow, and the exterior will be primed and painted with green machine paint.
