Qualified gearbox housing, bearing carriers and bearing caps • Housing will be blasted and re-coated with two-part epoxy coating • New tier 1 bearings • New bevel gear set for 4.37:1 ratio. • New HS shaft, material 4140HT • New LS shaft, material 4140HT • Gearbox is assembled properly setting and noting bevel gear backlash, contact pattern and bearing end plays • No-load, full speed spin test of gearbox measuring temperature and vibration • Drain test oil • Final coat of two-part epoxy coating, AGW Blue • Prepare for shipment Standard warranty is 12 months after installation or 18 months after shipment whichever comes first. 22 - 24 Week Delivery Time
