Each line has a floor pick-up unwind for the body of the container and a roll fed unwind for the base. These are glue-less lines with heat welding of the SBS cup stock. Also included is a Webtron 6 color press to preprint the cup stock and a PMC handle machine. Once cups are formed, they are sent to the PMC CS 251 counter stacker for bagging or case packing. The air is set around 90psi. The 1000 is 440 volts 3 phase 77 full load amps. 100A CB The PMC 1000 paperboard cup and container forming machine provides fast production speed of 270 cups per minute. The PMC 1000 produces cups and containers in sizes ranging from 3 ounces to 32 ounces. Three of the machines are model 1000. Those have the following tooling: 6oz cup 8oz hot cold cup 12oz food cup (squatty or short wide) 16oz cold 16oz hot cup PMC HANDLE MACHINE The PMC handle machine can attach handles to cups from 3 ounces to 32 ounces containers. The PMC CS 251 Counter Stacker is designed for in-line production with Paper Machinery Corporation’s cup and container forming machines. The PMC CS 251 automatically collects, counts and stacks cups and containers in a wide range of sizes. Cups are fed from the forming machine through pneumatic tubing to the PMC CS 251, placing counted cups into horizontal stacks ready for manual bagging or packing. Cup size changeovers are made in just twenty minutes without any part changes. The lines, cup handle, printer and counter stacker machines are in excellent condition. They have been meticulously maintained. This is a roll fed line that is ready for production.
