40” Bellmark Model AA5843, serial # 160888, FlexoPrint servo, single color flexographic printing press. 42” wide idlers throughout. Machine includes (2) Retroflex enclosed doctor blade assemblies, 42” wide, serial #’s 992648 & 992513. (1) 43” wide ceramic anilox roll, 4” in diameter. 44” wide air-loaded impression roll. (1) ink pan. Anilox roll is air loaded. Impression roll is air loaded. Print roll is stationary. Machine is missing (1) print roll. Was printing 40” wide product. Has Emerson servo motor, Model DXE-316C. Single color printer with servo could be installed inline for high-speed operation. Used as both coating station & as printing station, depending on application. Can print on paper, film, flexible packaging & laminations.
