904171.005 One (1) 42” Kidder CW center rewind, single shaft, slitter rewinder. Cleaned, painted, tested & refurbished 40” dia. unwind. 40” dia. rewind. Single motor drive. Shear & score cut slitting. Mount Hope automatic tension control with tension roll. Fife automatic edge guiding on unwind stand +/- 3". Single motor drive. Two air-loaded score cut knives. Has been slitting & rewinding paper & non-extensible products. 2000 FPM. CW designed to slit 5.5 lb. carbon tissue to 200 lb. tag stock. Can slit laminations, heavy film, coated papers. Score slitting can also be used to perforate the web. Motortronics Model K Plus controller. Variable speed AC drive, approx. 10 years old. 460 voltage, 3 phase, 60 cycle. 20 HP Teco motor, AC motor. Taper tension. Drive slows down rewinding roll as rewinding roll diameter increases. Idlers in machine are 44" wide, 4" diameter steel idlers. One 3" air unwind shaft. One 3" air rewind shaft.
